1. Rascals - a limited partnership in a Waikiki, Oahu, restaurant & discotheque. Acted as sales agent in $750,000 private placement in 1986 
2. The Westbury - 44-story high rise on Ala Moana Blvd. in Waikiki. October 1983-February 1984. Exclusive broker & consultant. 
3. Marketing Agent/Exclusive Broker for Ke Nani Kai, Molokai, an Interval Sales Program called Villavest-a 1/6 (2 month) fee simple interest. January to June 1983. Trained fifty agents, organized on-site office on Molokai and off-site office in Waikiki. Great American Management Company was hotel operator.
4. Kauai Beach Villas - Marketing Agent and Exclusive Broker/Underwriter for Kauai Beach Villas. $40,000,000. Registered Public Offering set up to sell 150 resort condominiums on Kauai . Trained and licensed 125 sales people. Minimum investment of $5,000.00 ($2,000 for IRA's) combined with use privileges resembled a time-share marketing approach. Organized five sales offices - three in Waikiki , one on-site, and one on Maui . September 1981 to September 1982
5. Maui Gold – Private placement of a Hawaii Limited Partnership. Set up to capitalize a wholesale manufacturer of tourism related electroplated jewelry. Organized the placement and successfully marketed and sold for $300,000. June to November 1982.
6. One of four Exclusive Brokers for Kaanapali Shores, $100 million project in Kaanapali, Maui. April 1979 to December 1980. Successfully sold out. 453 apartments.
7. Exclusive NASD Broker for $34 million S.E.C. Registered Hotel/Condo 740 apartments, Island Colony, Waikiki, Oahu November 1978 to December 1980. Successfully sold out.
8. Exclusive Broker for Kona Kai, 66 apartments, $6 million condominium conversion in Kona , Hawaii . June 1978 to August 1979. Successfully sold out.
9. One of the Exclusive Brokers in Cliffs at Princeville, $20 million project in Princeville, Kauai, 220 apartments. April 1978 to January 1980. Successfully sold out.
10. Exclusive Co-Broker for Hawaiian King, 66 apartment Hotel/Condominium conversion in Waikiki, Oahu, $4 million project. June 1981. Successfully sold out.
11. November 1977 to July 1978. Co-Listor and Co-Broker for Kauhale Beach Cove, $4 million project. 40 residential apartments in Kaneohe , Oahu . Successfully sold out.
12. June 1976 to July 1978. Principal Broker, Vice President and Exclusive Broker of Makani Kai Sales, Inc. a brokerage company set up exclusively to sell Makani Kai Marina townhouses, 80 boat slips in private yachting residence, $10 million project. The property was taken over by First Federal Savings & Loan of Phoenix by deed in lieu of foreclosure. Worked with Hiroshi Sakai, Esq., in closing out sales of project. Successfully sold out.
